Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The product must be:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all accessories and original invoice
Refunds
Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
